Best Of: Holy Cannoli with Cortney $100
In this sugary and decadent workshop, join Cortney and learn the ins and outs of making the ever-popular Sicilian dessert, Cannoli! Fresh Ricotta and sweet mascarpone cream filling is piped into a deep-fried pastry shell and then garnished on the ends with mini chocolate chips or chopped pistachios – or both! In this class, you’ll learn how to make classic desserts that are as delicious as they are impressive. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our workshop format – we’ll split up into 4 groups of 2 and each group will make the same recipes. Each person will take home 8 cannoli.
