Soy Sauce Powder

An interesting and unique ingredient to have in your pantry. Soy Sauce Powder comes from a dehydrated Japanese soy sauce that you can mix into different dry recipes or even use in marinades, sauces, dressings and vinaigrettes, just to name a few. Soy Sauce Powder is unique in its use as you get all of the wonderful flavors of Soy Sauce without adding additional liquid which could potentially thin out, dilute, or overpower what you are making. And, in a pinch you can also make Soy Sauce with it. Simply combine 2 T. soy sauce powder with 3 T. water and stir until dissolved.  We love using it in spice blends.
