Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11-14): Eclair Workshop with Cortney - $55 per person 

This month we’re making Cortney’s favorite pastry – eclairs!  The kids will learn how to make pate a choux pastry dough, pastry cream and diplomat cream.  We’ll then fill our eclairs, dip them in chocolate and enjoy! Each person will make 6 eclairs. To go containers will be provided.  This is a hands-on class.  Please make sure the kids have eaten breakfast or lunch before class since we are only baking and making sugar 😊
