It’s an all new pasta workshopThis filled pasta is great for beginners and easy to replicate at homeLearn how to make your own ricotta, then turn it into a delicious filling for our half moon shaped pastaCortney will also take you through how to make your own pasta dough (it’s easier than you think!) and how to roll it out using KitchenAid Pasta RollersThen fill, cut, boil and we have simple, fresh pastaWe’ll be tossing our pasta in decadent brown butter and then topping it with sauteed garlic mushrooms from local grower, MicrovoraYum! This is a hands on classThis class will be taught in our workshop format where you will work with a partner to make the components of the dishes, but form you very own mezzeluneThis class is vegetarian.
