Fougasse Bread & English Muffins with Niki - $85 per person

Join Niki as she teaches one of her favorite breads, Fougasse! Fougasse is the French cousin of Italian Focaccia, and it is recognizable by its unique shape to resemble an ear of wheat. In this class you will have hands on experience making this delicious bread from start to finish. You will also take home an additional Fougasse dough for you to bake off the next day! While we are waiting for our Fougasse dough to rise, we will learn to make a super quick and easy English Muffin batter that we will griddle up in class for the perfect, quick English Muffins. This class is vegetarian.
