Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11-14): High Altitude Cookies with Cortney - $55 per person

It’s time to learn about our altitude and how it impacts our baking with everyone’s favorite – cookies! Let’s talk about cookie adjustments, how our leaveners work and how to know when to use baking soda and when to use baking powder – and even why to use both together! Plus, we’ll make a great cookie that shows how our leaveners work – Snickerdoodles.  Each kid will leave with one dozen of each cookie! This class is vegetarian.
