Karachi Kitchen (Pakistan) with Dave - $85 per person
Though the country itself isn’t that old, its cuisine is very developed. Starting as a break-off from India, Pakistani cuisine is reminiscent of Indian cuisine but has also been influenced over the years by the Mughal, Turks, Persians, and even the British! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
On The Menu:
· Tangri Kebab (Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks)
· Chana Mehwa Pulau (Lamb and Rice with Raisins and Chickpeas)
· Aloo Machchi ka Salan (Fish and Potato Curry)
· Karhi (Chickpea Flour Fritters in Yogurt Curry)
