Ethiopian Cuisine with Dave - $85 per person
Ethiopian food is an extremely flavorful cuisine with vast inspirations that have developed some of the best tasting dishes in all of Africa! The flavors are far reaching and the combinations of different cooking styles and techniques make Ethiopian cuisine a melting pot of delicious, intriguing dishes! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into 4 groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
On the menu:
· Injera, Firfir – Fermented Flatbread, Stewed Injera with Beef, Tomato, and Spices
· Shiro Wat, Salate – Garbanzo Stew
· Shahan Ful, Awaze – Slow Cooked Fava Beans, Chilli Sauce
· Gomen be Siga – Greens Braised with Lamb
