One of our most popular classes is back with a fresh summer menu! Learn how to make lighter, classic Italian recipes that are perfect as the temperatures heat up for summer. Join us in the garden for this al fresco Italian experience! Make pasta and gnocchi from scratch as well as learning how to make a flaky pie crust, decadent custard and fresh starters that are also perfect for a light summer dinner! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This class is vegetarian.
On The Menu:
· Antipasti Station: Parmesan Crusted Olives/Eggplant Rolls/Easy Herbed Focaccia
· Tagliatelle with Fresh Lemon & Cream
· Gnocchi with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Kale & Green Beans
· Seasonal Berry Crostada with Zabaglione
