The Turkish Table with Dave - $85 per person
This class is going to explore some of the most exciting dishes Turkey has to offer while talking about how the geographical location between Europe and Asia played a part in the creation of Modern Turkish Cuisine. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!
On the menu:
· Kofte Kebab with Toasted Pita, Spicy Tomato Sauce, Yogurt, and Pine Nuts
· Stewed Lamb with Eggplant Bechamel
· Roasted Cornish Game Hens with Bulghur and Walnuts
· Biber Dolmasi (Stuffed Peppers with Lamb, Rice, and Currants)
