National Baklava Day with Dave - $85 per person 

Did you want to take this class in September but were unable to get in? You’re in luck! For National Baklava Day we are repeating this popular class! Join Dave to talk about the ingredients and techniques needed to make Baklava and then he will demo how to properly assemble a tray. After that, each person will make their own tray of Baklava to take home!  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our workshop format – we’ll split up into 4 groups of 2 and each person will make 1 tray of Baklava.  This class is vegetarian.
