Ethiopian Cuisine with Dave - $89 per person
Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisines are extremely flavorful with vast inspirations that have developed some of the best tasting dishes in all of Africa! The flavors are far reaching and the combinations of different cooking styles and techniques make these two East African cuisines a melting pot of delicious, intriguing dishes! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into 4 groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This class is vegetarian.

Gomen Wat, Timatim – Braised Collard Greens with Aromatics, Zesty Tomato Salad
Shahan Ful, Awaze – Slow Cooked Fava Beans, Chilli Sauce
Tikil Gomen– Cabbage, Potato, Carrot Fry
Kik Alicha – Split Pea Stew
