How to Breakdown Whole Chicken with Dave - $95 per person 

Have you ever wondered how to breakdown a whole chicken? Well, you’re in luck! Join Dave for this chicken butchery class and learn about chicken classifications, the different cuts of a chicken, how to properly breakdown a chicken, how to make homemade stock with the carcass and then how to cook 4 chicken recipes with the 4 main cuts that you’ll be cutting in class. In this class everyone will get their own whole chicken to breakdown – one half of the chicken we’ll use in class and then each person will take home the other half of their chicken. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
