Rustic French with Dave - $99 per person 

Last month as I was thinking about our 7 year Gather-versary and reminiscing about all of the wonderful times and classes we’ve taught, one French class in particular I taught right when we moved into the house we’re in now really stuck out in my mind. I only taught it once and never repeated it, but it was amazing and I’m going to do it again. Keep in mind, as with anything French, there are A LOT of steps and the recipes will require A LOT of attention to detail, while working at a faster pace. This class is for the INTERMEDIATE PLUS cook. If you’re up for a challenge that’ll reward you with one of the best dinners you’ve had in a while, this is the class you’ve been waiting for!!! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

Layered and Baked Ratatouille
