In this class, we’re talking about a very special ingredient… Miso, and more specifically,  about white, yellow, and red miso - why the different colors, what they taste like in comparison and what their best uses are. Learn the history of miso, how to cook with it today and more. Enjoy this umami packed class! This is a hands-on class.
