Plant Powered: Mid East Flavors with Cortney - $85 per person
This month we explore new recipes that are sure to find a place on your plant based table! These recipes explore spices, fresh ingredients and techniques that will build flavor and depth. Learn how to make two quick and easy breads, how to utilize couscous and grains and a delicious vegan batter. This class is plant based but does include honey. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast! This class is vegetarian.
On the menu:
· Roasted Eggplant and Crispy Tofu in Red Pepper Sauce over Couscous
· Tahini & Cumin Crusted Cauliflower with Mixed Grain Salad
· Red Lentil & Bulgur Kofte with Homemade Pita
· Yemitsa (Greek Stuffed Tomatoes & Peppers) with Greek Olive Bread
