Rustic Spanish Fare is a diverse and regional exhibit of one of Europe’s oldest cuisines. The highlights of fresh and regional produce, meats, and seafood blend perfectly with the richness of lots of olive oil and fresh garlic! With influences from all over Europe and even Northern Africa, Rustic Traditional Spanish cuisine has evolved to into an eclectic blend of big, bold flavors that are comforting and keep you coming back for more! This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!

Sopa de Tomate al Comino & Picadillo de Atun – Tomato Cumin Soup and Fried Tuna with Smokey Paprika 

Bacalao con Samfaina – Pan Fried Salt Cod with Spanish Ratatouille 

Coca de Recapte – Two Ways – Catalan Flatbread with Roasted Vegetables / with Sobrasata and Caramelized Onions 

Andalusian Rabbit Stew with Barley, and Saffron with Celery Root Mash
