Date Night: Cajun Style with Cortney - $175 per couple 

Turn up the heat for Cajun Date Night! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the building blocks of bold Louisiana cooking—from mastering the smoky “trinity” base to creating rich, deeply flavored sauces without hours of simmering. We’ll work with classic Cajun spices and build layers of flavor using searing, sautéing, and gentle braising. You’ll also pick up a few sweet tricks for crafting a warm, boozy, Southern-style dessert that feels fancy but is totally doable at home. It’s all the fun, flavor, and flair of Cajun cooking—wrapped into one cozy, delicious night together. Prices are per couple.
