Ingredients

3 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar

6 tablespoons olive oil
-
½ tablespoon whole grain mustard

½ tablespoon honey, jam or fruit butter

1 tablespoon fresh herbs of choice, chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

12 ounces salad greens
-
¼ cup candied or toasted walnuts
-
1 pear, sliced
-
¼ cup feta

Directions
For the dressing: In a mason jar, add all ingredients and shake until combined.
Lightly toss salad greens with 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Then lightly dress. Top salad with walnuts, sliced pear, cheese and enjoy!
