Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, ends snipped, blanched

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small shallot, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or vinegar

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste
Directions
Blanch the green beans in simmering water. Run under cold water to cool and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. When hot, add the shallot and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the green beans and toss in. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the green beans are hot.
Add the mustard and balsamic and toss everything to coat. Enjoy!
