Thai Curry in a Hurry - $70 per person

Thai Curry pastes are unique, flavorful, and one of our favorite ingredients at Gather! In this extra flavorful class, we are going to talk about the differences in curry pastes, then its off to make four different curried dishes that you can have on the dinner table, from paste to plate, in less than an hour! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

 On the menu:

• Red Curry Paste – Khao Soi (Pork, Coconut, and Rice Noodle Soup)
• Green Curry Paste – Green Curry with Chicken and Vegetables
• Yellow Curry Paste – Yellow Curry with Shrimp and Potatoes
• Massaman Curry Paste – Massaman Curry with Fried Tofu and Crunchy Peanuts
