Pakistani Cuisine with Dave - $75 per person

Though the country itself isn’t that old, its cuisine is very developed. Starting as a break-off from India, Pakistani cuisine is reminiscent of Indian cuisine but has also been influenced over the years by the Mughal, Turks, Persians, and even the British! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Shami Kebab – Lamb and Chickpea Kebab
• Palak Paneer – Cottage Cheese in Mixed Greens Sauce
• Kadhi Pakora – Fried Potato and Onion Pakoras
• Aloo Keema – Lamb & Potato Curry
