Curries From Around the World with Dave - $79 per person

“Curry” dishes are not just limited to India. In this hugely flavorful class, we are going to talk about the spices and how different cultures adapted their cuisines to include dishes we now regard as “curries”! Each of these curries are unique unto themselves and we will talk about how these dishes took on their variations from foundations that started in other countries. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.On the menu:On The Menu:
