Korean Soups with Dave - $75 per person

If you LOVE flavor, you will not want to miss this class! Join Dave as he talks about the wonderful ingredients that make Korean cuisine unique, the difference between Guk and Jigae, and some tricks to the techniques that make these Korean soups and stews perfect! These great all-weather soups will not be overly spicy.  This is a hands-on class.
