Tacos!! What better pick me up than Taco Tuesday?! These amazing, colorful tacos are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. Give everyone a little brightness in their day with these unique taco recipes. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

On the menu:

• Big Fat Greek Tacos: Lamb with a Tomato and Cucumber Salsa and Feta Tzatziki
• Caribbean Chicken Tacos: Chicken with all the Spices, Molasses, and Mango Pineapple salsa
• Salmon Tacos with Avocado Mango Salsa and Jalapeno Cream
• Summer Squash Tacos with Avocado Chimichurri
