Get Stuffed: Stuffed Cookies with Lori Lynn’s

Lori Lynn’s is back and this time we’re going beyond regular cookies!  And stuffing them!!  In this class Lori will teach you all about how to make not only delicious high-altitude cookies, but then you’ll learn how to stuff them to make the most decadent treat. Also learn how to get the perfect texture, how to tell when they’re done and why your ingredients matter. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

On the menu:

·       Cinnamon Churro stuffed with honey cream cheese 

·       Double Chocolate stuffed with roasted marshmallows
