Made from dehydrated tomato pieces (not just the skin) Tomato Flakes are incredibly versatile and can add a wonderful flavor dishes that are uncooked or cooked, such as salads, flavored butters or oils, or as a seasoning on grilled vegetables, or rice dishes. A great way to kick up the flavor of your omelettes or egg casseroles. At Gather we use this in some of our blends to add a zippy, brightness!
