Nepalese Dinner with Dave - $75 per person

A melting pot of Chinese, Indian, Tibetan cuisines, this Himalayan country’s cuisine is complex and full of flavor! Because of the diverse conditions and cultures, Nepalese cuisine is a wonderful mix of foods that appeal to both the carnivore and herbivore in all of us. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
