Dishes of the Balkans with Dave - $75 per person

There is so much history in Balkan cuisine!  There’s the Turkish influence from the Ottoman Empire, and the influences from the Austro-Hungarian empire, that have melted together to help create some of the most naturally flavorful food in Eastern Europe! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

On the menu: 

• Serbian Gulash
• Cevapi with Ajvar – Beef Sausages with Roasted Eggplant and Red Pepper Sauce
• Punjene Paprike – Croatian stuffed peppers with beef and rice
• Bosnian Burek – Meat and Potato Stuffed Phyllo
