Sandwiches! Who doesn’t love a good Sandwich? While Sandwiches themselves aren’t American, America perfected them and you can’t throw a rock without hitting a different regional variation. In this class we’re going to talk about the evolution of American sandwiches and how immigration, regional ingredients, and evolving culinary practices contributed to the different sandwiches across America. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
