Korean BBQ: Seafood with Dave – $89 per person
Korean BBQ is different that American style BBQ because the meat is cut into thinner pieces allowing for the meat to cook quickly and for the marinades to caramelize to the perfect point without getting too charred or burnt. In this class, not only will we be making delicious Korean BBQ, but we will also be taking a closer look at some of the ingredients that make Korean BBQ so delicious. Each group will also make a quick banchan before the feast begins! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
