Tortellini & Tortelloni Workshop with Dave $100 per person

Hailing from the Emilia-Romagna, these delicious pastas are small circles of dough wrapped around a filling.  In this class we are going to make two different sizes and filling types of fillings and then pair them with 2 different sauces.  This is a hands-on class taught in our 2x4 format -– we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

On the menu:

• Demo on how to make the pasta sheets
• Demo on how to make homemade ricotta
• Fillings: Ricotta and Herb / Ricotta with Two Cheeses and Prosciutto
• Each group will make one sauce: Brodo, Pomodoro
