Hot Off The Griddle: Hibachi Night with Dave $89 

Have you ever gone to your favorite Japanese Steakhouse and wondered how all of those crazy tricks and amazing dishes come off of a hibachi grill? Well… You’re in luck. In this class, you’re going to learn how to make those favorite Main Dishes, Side Dishes, and Sauces that make Shogun restaurants unique. Everybody will also get a chef hat, because those flipped shrimp tails have to land somewhere! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
