Sat, July 5: National Ice Cream Day: Mochi, 1pm-5pm

Very simply, this Japanese favorite is made by wrapping a chewy, cooked rice dough around a ball of ice cream. If you are a lover of Mochi, you know that selections here are limited so why not learn how to make your own? In this class we are going to make 4 homemade ice creams and colored dough combinations just like you’d find at your favorite Japanese eatery. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share the different flavors!
