It’s finally backCortney’s Lemon Meringue Pie Workshop will change the way you make this pie foreverIn this class we’ll make our butter pie crust, learn how to blind bake, then make a delicious cooked lemon curd filling and an Italian Meringue to top it all offThis method of making lemon meringue pie makes it fool proof – no more wondering if the curd has set in the oven and no more weeping or collapsing meringueLearn all of the tricks in the comprehensive pie classThis class is taught in our workshop formatYou will make each component with your partner, then split all of them to make your very own pie! This class can accommodate Gluten Free – please just let us know in advance! This class is vegetarian.
