Outdoor Stromboli and Calzone with Dave - $85 per person

We’re breaking out our new Ooni pizza ovens for this one! Dave will go over how to replicate our results on your own grill at home (even if you don’t have a pizza oven).  We’ll start by making our own dough, then we’ll whip up two different strombolis and calzones.  Then it’s time to head outside to cook our rolled and/or folded doughs in the pizza oven and have an outdoor party! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.v
