Were you in one of the Beginner’s Grilling classes last month? Are you a hungry Grill Master craving what’s next? or Do you just love to Grill? In this class there’ll be a little for everyone with flavors bursting with summer deliciousness! You will leave this class with a whole new love for outdoor cooking and your grilling repertoire will be bursting at the seams with these new recipes and techniques!  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Dry Rubbed Chicken Leg Quarters with Smoky Tomato Chutney Grill Glaze
• Citrus Mole Pork Chops with Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges, Fresh Cherry and Cilantro Relish, Chile Butter
• Marinated and Grilled Vegetable Ratatouille with Fire Roasted Tomatoes
• Grilled Pineapple & Bananas Foster with Grilled Sweet Corn Ice Cream
