Roasted Pueblo Green Chilies

Pueblo Chilies are here!  Each year we buy a limited quantity of chilies and roast them ourselves at Gather in our chili roaster.  Chilies are skin on and will need to be peeled and de-seeded.  We NEVER wash our chilies down in water to remove the skin to preserve the very best flavor!

Each bag of frozen chilies is 1lb.
