Colorado Local with Cortney - $99 per person 

It’s time for Colorado Local to come back for the fall, with updated seasonal recipes! This class is repeated annually to celebrate our local Farmer’s Markets and produce. Whether you love green chilies, peaches, melons or apples, we’ll explore what is available locally and even share with you our favorite places to get them! This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!

Pueblo Green Chilies: Green Chili & Cheese Empanadas/Dipping Sauce Duo 

Palisade Peaches: Peach Bruschetta with Bacon Jam, Blue Cheese and White Balsamic Glaze/Tennessee Peach Cobbler 

Rocky Ford Melons: Shaved Melon & Cucumber Salad/Herbed Ricotta & Melon Flatbread 

Colorado Apples: Apple, Cornbread & Sausage Stuffed Pork/Apple Impromtu
