A Night in Vietnam with Dave - $85 per person

One of the best ways to get to know a culture is by getting to know its cuisine!  Vietnam is known for its bright, fresh flavors also for its simplistic use of ingredients.  In this class we will make classic dishes that employ many unique flavor combinations as well as a lesson on some of the not so common ingredients used to achieve them. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Cari Ga – Chicken, Sweet Potato & Carrot Curry
• Pho Bo – Beef Meatball Soup in Seasoned Broth
• Canh Chua - Buddhist Sour Soup
• Thit Kho Go – Vietnamese Caramel Pork with Sweet and Sticky Rice
