Japanese Ramen Day - $79 per person
Everybody Loves it… So much that it gets its own day! A bowl of Ramen starts with its “lifeblood”, the broth. And then built on top of it are the noodles, toppings, and the tare. There are endless ways that bowls of Ramen are prepared and in this class, we are going to see what all they can do! Each station will make Ramen with a different broth, noodle, set of toppings, and tare (special seasoning). Throw away the .25 cent packets from the grocery store, you won’t need them anymore! This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This is a hands-on class.
