Beignets 4-Ways with Dave $89 per person
Beignets. The Talk of the Walk when it comes to this New Orleans “Doughnut”. Originally a square pocket of fried dough liberally dusted with powdered sugar, these fritters have evolved to include both sweet and savory ingredients and preparation methods. In this class, every group is going to make a different version of a beignet – from the original and sweet classic version to a round cornmeal-based fritter bursting with Crawfish, there’s a Beignet for all of us! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle set of recipes.

Traditional Sweet Beignets with Pecan Praline Sauce and Chicory Sauce
Haitian Banana Beignets Foster with Cremas Sauce
Crawfish & Corn Beignets with Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce (a twist on a hushpuppy)
Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Beignets with Creole Remoulade
