Colorado Local with Dave - $85 per person

It’s summer and our Colorado local produce is hitting the farmer’s market stands! We’ll be celebrating with local produce AND locally made ingredients! We’ll be cooking up four different recipes, all featuring local products from some of our favorite local businesses! This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll serve up some of each recipe for everyone to try!

 On the menu:

·       Enchiladas Suizas with local Pueblo green chilies and local chicken!

·       Gnocchi with Roasted Mushrooms and Garden Pesto, featuring locally grown Colorado Mushrooms, Colorado Milled Blue Bird Flour and Basil from the Gather Garden!

·       Grilled Summer Veggie Pizza featuring Colorado Milled Blue Bird Flour and Farm Stand Veggies

·       Honeyed Peach Crostada featuring Palisade Peaches, Lockhart Honey and Colorado Milled Blue Bird Flour. Plus we’ll add an herb of choice from the Gather Garden
