Cajun Seasoning

Born on the bayou!!  This Cajun blend is a combination of Cortney AND Dave's backgrounds with Cajun cuisine.  Cortney worked in a Cajun restaurant and Dave lived in the south and we compromised our recipes to make this single, spicy blend!  If you loved the CHEFS Catalog blend, this is similar (as Cortney still has all of the CHEFS recipes!).  The special blend of chilies in this blend will add balance and flavor to your dishes, not just heat! Try it in your next Jambalaya, on shrimp or even on homemade croutons!

Ingredients: Chilies, peppercorns, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, basil, lemon powder.
