Baharat

Baharat literally means 7-spice blend. Ours is packed with full-bodied flavor and is heavy on the use of spices, while not being spicy. The best thing about our blend is that we include Persian saffron, which deepens the flavor and helps for coloring. Try it in Lamb Stew, with roasted chickpeas or as a rub on chicken.
