Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons grainy mustard
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
¼ cup fresh rosemary, chopped

1-2 tablespoons shallot, finely minced
Directions
Mince shallot and place in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes to mellow. Drain.
In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and honey. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify.
Once emulsified, stir in herbs and shallots. Use as desired and enjoy!
