Ingredients

8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)

¼ cup Irish Cream

3 ounces chocolate chips

2/3 cup cocoa powder (we like using Dutch Cocoa Powder)

1 ¼ cups sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

3 eggs
-
½ teaspoons salt

1 cup flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking pan and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips, stir in Irish cream. Pour into a bowl.
Then whisk in cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla. Stir until combined.
Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until each one is fully mixed in. With a spatula, stir in salt & flour.
Pour into the baking pan and bake for minut15-20 minutes, or until edges are crisp. Let cool and enjoy!
