Ingredients

1 recipe Pie Crust, blind baked and cooled

1 recipe dulce de leche (or 1 can store-bought)
MAKE SURE TO RESERVE 2 TABLESPOONS TO GARNISH!!

8 ounces cream cheese

¼ cup powdered sugar

2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

¼ cup sugar

Directions
To make the filling: Start by making the whipped cream by adding the cream and sugar to a mixer and whipping to stiff peaks. Place in refrigerator until ready to use (if using a stand mixer, place in a separate bowl, then place in the refrigerator. You’ll need the bowl again for the next step).
Add cream cheese, dulce de leche and powdered sugar to a mixer and beat until fluffy. Fold in approx. half of the whipped cream.
Pour filling into pie shell and use remaining whipped cream to decorate the top. Let set for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Drizzle with remaining dulce de leche garnish just before serving.
