Ingredients

3 T. soy sauce

3 T. oyster sauce/hoisin sauce

3 T. ketchup

3 T. worchestershire sauce

3 T. brown sugar

1 tsp. sesame oil
-
2 T. oil

12 oz chicken, diced
-
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
-
1 onion, julienned
-
1 bell pepper, julienned
-
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

2 C. cabbage, shredded
-
3 green onions, cut into 2 inch segments

10-12 oz. yakisoba noodles, fresh
-
½ tsp. sesame seeds
-
Salt

Directions
Make the sauce by combining the soy sauce, oyster/hoisin sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well and set aside.
In a large saute pan, heat 2 T. oil in the pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until cooked thorough and brown on the outside. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the mushrooms, onion, pepper, carrot, cabbage, and green onions. Saute until the vegetables are soft, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken back to the pan along with the sauce and noodles. Continue to cook until the mixture is hot and the sauce sticks to the noodles.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
