Get ready for one of the most satisfying kitchen hacks you’ll ever learn. In this hands-on workshop, we’re taking the viral sheet-pan method and turning it into deeply flavorful, juicy gyro-style meat you can actually make at home; no spit required. This is fast, practical, and delicious cooking that delivers all the classic gyro shop flavors with a simple, modern approach. You’ll build everything from scratch and walk away with a weeknight (or party-night) staple you’ll come back to again and again. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner to make your recipe/s and share the bounty.
